1. What we use
We use browser local storage and cookies strictly necessary for the site to work.
— Session: keeps you signed in while using your account.
— Language preference: remembers the language you chose.
— Booking in progress: keeps what you have already filled in, so it is not lost if you reload the page.
— Payment: Stripe uses its own cookies for fraud prevention, necessary to the security of the transaction.
2. Statistics and marketing, only with your consent
With your permission, we load Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to measure how the site is used: pages viewed and bookings started and paid, with no name, email or addresses. Google Analytics uses the _ga and _ga_<id> cookies, which last up to 2 years. Google advertising signals stay off.
Without permission, none of this is loaded. We use no profiling or social sharing cookies.
3. Consent
On your first visit we ask for your choice: accept, reject or customise. Rejecting does not take away access to anything. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under the law.
Your choice is stored in your browser for 6 months; after that we ask again.
4. How to change your mind
At any time, under “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. You can also clear or block storage in your browser settings: blocking session cookies prevents account use, and blocking Stripe’s prevents payment.
